Managing your shipping identifiers

After initial setup, you can edit or remove your Japan Post Pay Later Number at any time.

Add or update your Pay Later Number 

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → General.
2. Scroll to Japan Post Pay Later Number.
3. Enter or update your Pay Later Number.
4. Click Save.

Once saved, the Pay Later Number is used on every Japan Post shipping label created from this organization.

How to find your Japan Post Pay Later Number 

Your Pay Later Number is issued by Japan Post when you set up a postal contract. If you don't have it on hand, contact your Japan Post account manager. Your Pay Later Number is printed on your contract paperwork and is visible in your Japan Post business account portal.

Do not enter your Japan Post customer ID or login ID in this field. The Pay Later Number is a separate identifier issued specifically for postal billing.
